While we are all familiar with cycles of the year and that fresh start feeling in January, there’s another factor that comes into play with each year. That factor is the year’s number. It’s a simple calculation and it makes all the difference in the world when it comes to understanding the meaning of the year and how it relates to our personal journey.

What Is The Power Number?
Remember that simple calculation I was just discussing? Well here it is:

The power number for 2019 is number 3 and that number has many associations that will explain what this year means for us.

Ascended Masters
Ascended masters are people who have reached spiritual enlightenment through various transformations. The number 3 is associated with ascended masters like Jesus, Buddha, Kuan Yin, Confucius, and Saint Germain. The next time you see the number 3, think about who you connect with the most, even if it’s one part of their teachings. Then think about how it applies to what you’re going through at that very moment.

The Triangle
The triangle represents various meanings now and throughout history. For example, it represents ascension, illumination, manifestation, and harmony. If the triangle is facing upwards, that has to do with male energy and energy rising towards our higher self and Spirit. If the triangle is facing down, that has to do with female energy and energy going downwards towards self and the earth. In the scientific world, the triangle means change. Military aircrafts often form a triangle when they are in formation. Turn the triangle sideways and that’s the head of an arrow, which will help you to stay focus so you can hit the bull’s eye. When you see the triangle, think of where your energy is at the moment, think about what needs to get into formation, and what needs to change in your life.

Maiden, Mother, & Crone/ Lad, Father, Sage
The three major aspects we go through in life are the maiden, mother, and crone aka triple moon goddess. Each aspect represents a phase in our lives where we are having distinct experiences. For example, we can be a young maiden in areas that are new to us, such as being a first time home owner or starting a new job. We can also just be young as in an 8-year-old girl or a 17-year-old young lady.

Next, is the mother phase, which can mean being a mother to a child, a pet, or a business. We are nurturing, educating, and protecting our babies. Last is the crone phase. This is the time where we are older and wiser. We are witty and no one can pull wool over our eyes. We also teach the mother and the maiden at this point. So, think about where you are in life and what roles you’re undertaking with each aspect.

Mental, Physical, & Spiritual
Another set of aspects to review, the mental physical, and spiritual are all states we are in all the time. In some cases, one or two states are more prominent. Ask yourself if you focus on your mental health and strength. This can be as simple as reading and doing puzzles or taking it up a notch to talk to a therapist.

Regarding being physical, do you work out at the gym or go for walks? Do you stretch and take deep breaths? What physical activities should you invest in to really get that heart pumping and keep you active?

How often do you quiet your mind and focus inward? This is important for your spiritual growth. Spirituality is the missing key for a lot of unanswered things in our life. How can you incorporate spirituality into your life?

Don’t be surprised that throughout this year you hardcore begin to focus on these three areas in particular in your life.

Achievement & Expressing Yourself
Whenever we achieve something, it usually does to a trail of events that lead to a point of success. That trail is really stepping stones to a zenith point, think of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. This year, think of your hierarchy and your zenith point.

The saying, “It comes in 3s.” My grandmother used to tell me this all the time and that everything comes in 3s. Don’t be surprised if you start hearing good news (this, unfortunately, applies to bad news as well) in 3s more so this year than ever before.
