Meditation is listening to the Divine within.
-Edgar Cayce
This post is based on a chapter in my first book, To Be Goddess Every Woman Is A Goddess Discover Your Domain In Which You Reign Supreme. For this chapter of my book, I decided to go into deep meditation to connect with certain goddesses, and ask for messages. Of course, we don’t have to go into deep meditation. We can ask for signs and symbols for messages. However, deep meditation allows us to not be distracted and have an ongoing conversation. It’s similar to when you are talking to someone you’re interested in while in public and it feels like it’s just you and the person. That’s because you are 100% engaged in the conversation and have therefore created a bubble where nothing else matters at that time.
As a distinct way to dive into our goddess energy, meditate with the goddesses and amplify the power of meditation with a crystal, such as clear quartz. The answers have always been within us, in some cases being formant just waiting for us to activate their power; and in other cases, just waiting for us to perfect their power.
Before I did the meditation to receive these messages, I asked the goddesses, “What are some things that we do every day and don’t realize that it’s the goddess within us?”
I thought of that question because I remember when my grandmother would sweep the living room, but sweep the contents outside of the house! She literally would sweep the dust right outside. As a kid at the time, I just had written it off as something that grandmothers do. I learned later that what she was doing was physically and spiritually cleansing the house.
Below are some of the terms from the book and their definitions which were given to me while in deep meditation with the goddesses:
1. The Goddess Wave
Usually used as A Great Welcoming and as a means to life the energy of a person, place, or thing. A wave (physically with the hand or hands) of positive energy sent to people, places, and things. Not to be confused with just a wave to another person to signify your location or just to say, “Hi.”
2. The Goddess Powerball
A ball of energy, extremely light and extra loving like a bubble. Usually used to send loving, healing, energy.
3. The Goddess Wrath
A very strong psychic attack. Usually done when she feels betrayed. Note: Not all goddesses emit the Goddess Wrath.
4. Goddess Protection
Love and light defense energy usually by means of a simple kiss. Similar to when mothers kiss their kids on the forehead. By kissing the forehead, the mother is granting the child foresight, to notice the surrounding especially if it’s bad.
5. Sex of The Goddess
Intense sexual energy. Very spiritual. The goddess does not necessarily have to touch a person. Her energy alone emits intense passion on multiple levels. She psychically announces her arrival and people just feel and become attracted to whatever energy she sends.
6. Work of The Goddess
The purpose or purposes the goddess chooses to be part of; such as love, to nurture, heal, change, abundance, etc.
7. Harmonics of The Goddess
An otherworldly tune a goddess hums. The tune ca promote whatever the goddess wishes, such as instant healing.
How to have a conversation with the goddess via meditation
- Go to a place where you won’t be disturbed.
- Have a notepad and pen ready for when you’re done with the meditation to write about the messages you received.
- Get comfortable and take several deep breaths with your eyes closed.
- Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
- If you have a clear quartz to amplify your energy, you can use it by putting it in your hand or having it nearby.
- Just relax and ask a question.
- Pay attention to how you feel, what you hear, and what you see (yes while your eyes are closed).
- When you’re ready gently open your eyes and write about your experience and message.
- Drink a glass of water and do a grounding exercise to help you recenter.
