Welcome to Part 2 of The 4 Part Discover Your Spiritual Gifts series! This week, we will focus on you being claircognizantt! The purpose of this series is to help you discover your spiritual gifts and, in turn, consciously use, understand, and take ownership of those gifts.
It all starts off so innocent. We just know something about someone or something, good or bad, but we can’t exactly put our finger on it so it kind of gets dismissed. Then we start to notice that this “I don’t know. I just know.” thing is becoming a habit and is happening more and more. The next thing you know, you’re expressing that you just don’t like or trust someone or you know something isn’t going to work out. Unfortunately, people are now calling you a hater and other names that don’t apply. Later, they discover that you were right. Some will apologize.
You are claircognizant, my friend!
WHAT DOES CLAIRCOGNIZANT MEAN?
The term claircognizant means clearly know. Therefore, you are someone who clearly knows things about people, environments, and situations no matter if it’s the past, present, or future.
WHAT DOES IT IMPACT?
Being claircognizant is in relation to your head, which is connected to your crown chakra. So you may receive headaches if you aren’t letting your claircognizant abilities flow properly, such as consistently denying what you know to be true. I’ll talk more bout that later in the post. Your social life will be impacted because you will already know how to communicate with people and you’ll just know, or at least understand, their perspective even if you don’t agree with them. This will also help to keep at bay having to deal with unsavory people because you will know their true nature without having to discover it later on.
WHAT’S THE CROWN CHAKRA?
Chakras are energy centers in your body. In Sanskrit, it means “spinning wheel”. So imagine these energetic discs spinning along the center of your body from the base of your spine to the top of your head. The crown chakra, which is located at the top of your head, is in relation to being more conscious in your actions, having a sense of knowing that can’t be explained, and having a direct connection with Spirit.
It’s also connected to your right eye (your right eye make twitch when someone is trying to hide knowledge from you by lying), the central nervous system, the cerebral cortex, and the pineal gland. So, when your senses go off when you meet someone, enter a room, or when someone tells you a story, trust that. For example, someone can tell you a story about a mutual friend but your senses are telling you that there’s more to the story, you just know.
DOES THIS MAKE ME A KNOW IT ALL?
Well, the answer is yes and no. I would say that being claircognizant makes you in the flow of receiving knowledge at will. At times, we have to care enough about something to tap into the knowing, which means that we wouldn’t know about what’s going on. No two claircognizant people are alike. Some are more in tuned than others. There are some things that we aren’t meant to know because it’s not for us to know and it’s part of a person’s personal life path. Overall, it’s really about how we carry ourselves.
ARE THERE ANY CONS?
YES! You may receive headaches if you aren’t letting your claircognizant abilities flow properly, such as consistently denying what you know to be true. On the other hand, if you don’t practice using your claircognizant gifts and being claircognizant is your strongest point, then you will become lightheaded often because there are no boundaries set up. You can also pick up on others’ thoughts and not recognize your own, which is why it’s important to shield all of your chakras every day.
